Description
In close proximity to museum hill, Canyon Road and downtown Santa Fe this traditional adobe compound has privacy and tranquility with mature gardens, delightful outdoor living spaces and private access into the wide Arroyo Chamisa for quick access to walking trails. There is a thoughtful relationship between indoor and outdoor living with garden views from every room. Designed for entertaining, the formal dining room with bar opens out to an elegant portal with built-in grill area and traditional Kiva fireplace. With old world finishes, smooth plaster, and vigas, this home offers good separation of the 4 bedrooms including master suite with steam shower and jacuzzi bath. Guests will be able to access the full house, including all 4 bedrooms, the 3 bathrooms, the laundry room, living room, dining room, the kitchen including the full pantry. Guests will not have access to the small office or the detached Casita which will be vacant and locked during your stay.
